Trip to China - Home sweet home

We are going home today! 

mixed feeling, we do look forward to going home, but then again, we already start to miss the happy moments we have during this long holiday with our dear Uncles and Aunties! 

we rented a van just to help carry our boxes of purchase! abit exaggerating right ?! lol

Before we board the plane, we still got the chance to have a little play moment at one of the duty-free shop ! cool!

All on aboard... with my dearest Lao-yi juz sitting right behind me! ^_^

a very enjoyable flight home.... SQ still the best!

Trip to GuanZhou, China (Day 7)

Day 2 at GuangZhou was truly free and easy.. 

we started the day at some wholesales outlets.. cannot really recall the name of the building.. anyway, it's all selling stuffs at wholesales prices !  so economically priced how can we dun buy more home! lol...

we went back to catch a good rest at the hotel after the hectic shopping trips and had a nice MacDonald meals in our hotel rooms for dinner.

at about late afternoon, Philip Jiu Jiu's colleague gave us a ride to watch the very famous International Chimelong Circus!  a very nice show indeed!

there's some game stalls just outside the circus tenant.. and both didi and myself have great time enjoying most of the games!

Trip from Shantou to Guan Zhou, China (Day 6)

We gathered at 4th LaoGu's shop in the morning, had a good brunch before we set off to the train station for our speed train ridefrom Shantou to Guang Zhou ... 

At the train station... busy bidding farewell....

our train schedules is at 13.52... another 20 min to go...

all on board!  to be frank, it was very challenging to dash for the train ! once the shutter open up for boarding, so many people juz keep rushing for the train.  me and Didi were good! we followed Mummy's clear instruction, hold hands and without delay, followed the adults and walk straight to our cabin!

... but is okie!  we had a good makan break while waiting for him to detour from the other station over to this station to pick us up

Trip to Shantou, China (Day 5)

a free and easy day for us .. 

after the morning breakfast on bed .. again...

we took our own sweet time to wash up and set off to visit 4th laogu family at his newly open shop.  

The shop is somewhat like our dry market back home in Singapore.

4th lao Kim cooked up a table of nice lunch for us.. maybe the ingredient are fresh. all taste so yummy

habits of the local there.. relax... drink tea. no shopping...no clubbing.. min outdoor ... so not like us.

when ones got nothing better to do....

so we decided to "run away" on our own ! we took a trishaw and here we are.. for shopping!

happy us ! going for Walmart shopping ! yippies.. while the rest went ahead for their other houses visitation.. again

Trip to Shantou, China (Day 4)

lovely uncles ! whom wake up early to queue for nice breakfast for us  :)

piping hot and yummy breakfast in our hotel room ... (but some can be very oily)

rise and shine .. and breakfast on bed.

our morning stroll along the street market, a lane beside our hotel

amazing selection ! spoil for choices and they are so fresh.

never get to see this in Singapore! The kids were amazed..

walk walk walk.... commencement of our day of house visiting again

the cooling weather and beautiful scene along the way make our walk easy to manage.

Ha.. DAddy decided to bring us back to the lake area for our own fun moment! and 4th Laogu came along with us ! Yippie

our last dinner at Shantou.. all relatives gathered to give us a farewell meal! grateful.
